We prefer online payments. How to pay SHTCC online:

Please photograph and share or email as an attachment to nick@SHTCC.uk, or post or deliver to our letterbox your booking form and make your total payment to the club’s business bank account by bank transfer to: Lloyds Bank, sort code 77-09-24, account no. 17495768. Ensure your surname/show is used as the reference.

If you really can’t pay online: Post your cheque for the total amount above together with the booking form to: SHTCC 14 Southville Gardens, Kingsbridge TQ7 1LE (01548 852916)

Any non-members must be recorded on the booking form and a £3 charge per guest included in your payment.

All prices include a seat on the coach. If you wish to sit with a friend, then both apply on one form for two tickets. Please specify the name of each person for whom you are making the booking. If you have a special need for a reserved seat on the coach request on your booking form.

Club Deadline (shown at the end of each programme entry and on the booking form) is the date when we must confirm numbers and pay the theatre. We will not take bookings or make refunds after that date. Tickets become your responsibility after the club deadline.

If you miss the deadline and there is space on the coach (check with us) you can buy you own ticket directly from the theatre and pay the club £13 per person for the coach seat.

If it becomes impossible for you to take up your place, the onus is on you to find a replacement. Contact Jan to see if there is a waiting list.

Refunds will not be given unless the tickets are re-sold. If re-sold to the theatre, members will receive the money refunded by the Box Office. Coach monies cannot be refunded.

Theatre places are allocated on a first come, first served basis so don't risk disappointment waiting for the club deadline.
